Ardross Cottage is just 3.5 miles from Aberfoyle. After you leave Aberfoyle the next area signed in The Milton which is the bottom end of Loch Ard. As you drive up the side of Loch Ard you will eventually come to my next door neighbours yellow boat house (bright Sunflower yellow) then it is just a couple of turns and 250 metres after the boat house you will see the cottage.
Most guests will be arriving in their own transport and there is some off road parking, and a bigger car park being created this year 2025.
If you are considering arriving for a walking or chillin' break by public transport then there is a bus service to Aberfoyle from Glasgow (2 hours) and Stirling (1 hour) . The X10A runs five times a day during the week in both directions. Although I am not a taxi driver (No taxi license) I can arrange to collect guests please contact me if you need help for the last part of your arrival and/or departure.
