Family room.

The family room as shown has two single beds and a standard double bed with a single bunk above. The bunk bed has two small restrictions... the occupant must be six years old or older and the occupant must be 75 Kg or less (any weight that starts 11 stone and some pounds - in old money). The room is available at the standard rates for a couple but if the party is more than two a charge is made for each extra occupant. This room is on the ground floor at the front of the cottage and overlooks the loch.
